A) Voluntary Termination by YouYou may delete your Allied Tajar account and/or stop using the Services at any time.
To terminate and delete your Account, contact Support at sales@alliedtajar.com or 0092317 606 5004. If you terminate your Account, you will not have access to any Services with that account. This action may be non-reversible. Any fees paid by you prior to your termination are non-refundable, including any fees paid in advance for the billing year/month during which you terminate. Termination of your Account shall not relieve you of any obligation to pay any accrued fees or charges.
B) Termination by Allied TajarAllied Tajar may at any time, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate or suspend all or a portion of your Account and/or access to the Services. Cause for such termination shall include:
(a) violations of these Terms or any other policies or guidelines that are referenced herein and/or posted within the Services;
(b) a request by you to cancel or terminate your Account;
(c) failure to pay any fees owed by you in relation to the Services, provided that in the case of non-material breach, Allied Tajar will be permitted to deactivate the Services. Any such termination or suspension shall be made by Allied Tajar in its sole discretion and Allied Tajar will not be responsible to you or any third party for any damages that may result or arise out of such termination or suspension of your Account and/or access to the Services.
(d) there is a general discontinuance of the Services or any part thereof.
